Wall Treatments
We provide treatments for masonry, brick and cement and wood to give extra protection against water and extend the live of your property. added as a base layer these treatments penetrate deeply into the material, but have a low odour, it is possible to either spray or brush the treatments directly onto the surface. The surfaces can then be over coated with a decorative paint after the initial treatment has dried. Many of our treatments remain vapour permeable, which means the surface is allowed to breathe so that moisture within the property does not remain trapped and cause a further mould infestation.

Efflorescence Giving You a Headache?
Priority Preservations and Maintenance know how annoying salt efflorescence can be on your newly finished plastered surface, therefore we have a range of salt neutralisers to react with the salts moving through your substrate. There are many occasions where a newly plastered wall, even a re-plastered wall, can show signs of salts efflorescence. Many of our customers have expressed a concern that the damp proof course they have applied has failed.
